Product Overview
The AY-601Q Fully Automatic Transformer Oil Analysis Gas Chromatograph is a next-generation, fully automatic dissolved gas analysis (DGA) system designed specifically for electric power applications. It integrates mechanical oscillation degassing, gas chromatography detection, automation control, and intelligent analysis in a single platform.
Equipped with high-precision sensors and a professional control system, the instrument enables fully automatic analysis of oil samples throughout the entire process. Simply adding the oil sample allows the complete testing sequence to be performed automatically, effectively avoiding human operation errors and significantly improving efficiency and detection accuracy.
Widely used in electric power companies, transformer manufacturers, and research/testing institutions, the AY-601Q is an ideal specialized analytical instrument for power equipment fault monitoring and safe operation maintenance.
Key Features
1. Fully Automatic Intelligent Robot Operating Mode
The integrated design covers intelligent recognition, automatic gas injection, oscillation degassing, and sample injection analysis. After power-on, the instrument automatically enters analysis mode without any further operation.
2. High-Throughput Multi-Sample Analysis
Easy to operate, capable of continuously analyzing 15 oil samples. Analysis of hydrogen, methane, ethylene, ethane, acetylene, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, and other gas components in transformer oil is completed within 7 minutes per sample injection.
3. 10-Inch High-Definition Touch Screen
A friendly human-machine interface allows instrument parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow rate to be set via touch—greatly enhancing on-site operation convenience. Chromatograms, all temperature zones, carrier gas flow rates, and detector functions are displayed in real time; instrument methods can be edited on screen, and firmware can be upgraded via the USB port.
4. Precise Automatic Sampling
The built-in automatic sampling valve and quantitative loop require no manual intervention, ensuring precise quantification and the repeatability and accuracy of analysis results.
5. Built-In Oscillation Degassing Unit
The circulating oscillation degassing unit with a dedicated degassing syringe facilitates centralized analysis of multiple samples.
6. Automatic Valve Switching Technology
During sample analysis, carrier gas back-flushes the gas and oil circuits to avoid cross-contamination between samples.
7. Optional Automatic Calibration
The fully automated process covers standard gas replacement, sample injection analysis, and calibration calculation.
8. Rigorous Safety & EMC Certification
Comprehensively enhanced anti-interference capability, with 8 independent temperature control zones, automatic furnace temperature (maximum column temperature) protection, and automatic alarm when the syringe heating box door is opened.
