Product Overview

The GCS-70 Industrial Online Analyzer is a state-of-the-art process gas chromatography system designed in strict accordance with national environmental regulations and industry detection standards.

Featuring a PXK series positive pressure explosion-proof analytical shelter (compliant with GB3836.17), this system is specifically built for flammable and explosive environments such as petroleum, petrochemical, natural gas, and air separation industries. Leveraging extensive field experience, we offer highly customized, safe, and durable solutions tailored to your specific process monitoring needs.

Working Principle

Depending on site conditions, the GCS-70 can utilize either extractive sampling or direct positive pressure injection. The sample gas is drawn through PTFE heated sample lines, where it undergoes initial pretreatment (moisture removal and dust filtration) before entering the online GC.

The gas is quantified via a highly inert sample loop, then switched into the chromatographic column for separation. The separated components sequentially enter detectors such as the Flame Ionization Detector (FID) or Thermal Conductivity Detector (TCD). A built-in processor calculates the results, which are displayed on the central control unit and simultaneously transmitted to the remote control room.
