1. Ultimate Chemical Resistance Where It Matters Most
While the exterior is built with rugged 1.0mm epoxy-coated steel, the *interior working zone* is armored with 5mm thick solid compact laminate (Anti-Beite board). Combined with integrally molded PP deflector fixings, this creates a robust barrier against acid and alkali spills, ensuring the structural lifespan of the hood is never compromised by daily chemical exposure.
2. Revolutionary “Tool-Free” Maintenance Design
We know that servicing water, gas, and electrical lines inside a fume hood is a nightmare. The solves this with:
  • Detachable Side Pillars: The side pillars are independent and easily removable, providing wide-open access to internal utilities without dismantling the main hood structure.
  • Rear Inspection Window: The base cabinet features a dedicated movable maintenance window at the back for instant troubleshooting of plumbing or wiring.
  • Pre-Reserved Valve Holes: Two holes on each upper side panel make future installation of gas/air cocks effortless.
3. Ergonomic & Safe Sash Operation
  • Smooth & Stepless: The 5mm tempered glass sash operates on corrosion-resistant PVC tracks with a synchronous belt pulley system, allowing it to stop securely at any height up to 800mm.
  • Clear Visibility: The glass is wrapped in PP strips with an integrated PP handle, ensuring a wide, unobstructed view of the experiment while protecting the user from chemical splashes.
