First, the overall introduction of the system
When the preparation column of more than 100mm needs to be filled, the general axial compression technology cannot meet the high separation requirements, and the dynamic axial compression technology (DAC) can only be used. Dynamic axial compression technology through the movement of the piston to load, maintain and relieve the pressure of the column, the piston is equipped with a special design of the seal ring around the piston can allow the piston to slide freely up and down, and keep a high seal pressure. The piston movement and pressure are maintained by hydraulic pressure, and the hydraulic power is more stable and more uniform than the spring power of the axial compression column, which makes the separation effect better, and the column with a large diameter (50mm-300mm) can be loaded and the separation effect is comparable to that of the analysis column.
The system consists of an infusion unit (2 LC500P (0-200ml/min) infusion pumps), a detection unit (1 UVD500 variable wavelength UV detector, arbitrarily selected in the range of 190-700nm), a preparation unit (DAC-100 dynamic axial phase column), and a workstation (WOOK chromatographic workstation).
