Zero Metal Exposure: Designed with a strictly “no-metal” philosophy in the work zone. All structural supports and fasteners within the chemical exposure area are made of PP, completely eliminating the risk of rust or secondary contamination from metal corrosion.


2. Advanced Welding & Structural Integrity

Seamless Homogeneous Welding: All joints are fused using advanced hot-air extrusion welding technology. This creates a structurally uniform, monolithic body with no gaps, crevices, or adhesives that could be attacked by chemical fumes.
Reinforced Framework: Hidden internal PP structural ribs are integrated during the welding process to prevent deformation and ensure long-term dimensional stability under heavy exhaust negative pressure.
